Oh, Barcelona,

Guadi, Miro, Picasso

Lost in its beauty.

  1. Sparkling Mediterranean

    Politics in their pores.

It’s an amazing city. My daughter was blessed to be an exchange student there several years ago, and in 2012 we took her and her brother back to explore it for ourselves. It’s very ‘liveable,’ isn’t it?

    • It sure is. It is such a comfortable and welcoming city (except for La Ramblas, too many people). I was in love as soon as I saw the Mediterranean from the airplane.

I talked to a British ex pat who said he went to visit Barcelona for a month and stayed 13 years. He said he felt more at home than he did at home. I can’t wait to go back.
