I’m not sure if Bill Gates actually said that, but what he calls lazy I call efficient. My mama always told me to work smarter not harder. And this girl likes to work smart!

The 6 tech shortcuts I use most often to make my life in and out of the classroom super easy.

Honorable Mention: Do you need to type a degree symbol quickly? 

PC: Alt + 167  = º

Mac: Shift – Opt – 8 = º

#6. Do you have a website you want to share but the address is crazy long? Shorten it and make pretty, more manageable links!

#5. Do you need a quick spelling or grammar check while working on a document or presentation? 

PC and Mac: F7

#4 Do you want to refresh that webpage?

PC: F5

Mac: CMD + R

#3 Do you need to save? 


Mac: CMD + S

#2 Do you need to copy, cut, and paste?

PC: CTRL + C,  CTRL + X, and CTRL + V

Mac: CMD + C, CMD + X,  and CMD + V

#1 Do you want to undo that mistake? You can also redo what you just undid!

PC: CTRL + Z and CTRL + Y

Mac: CMD + Z and CMD + Y
